Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return your product in its original packaging, in new condition, within 30 days of your purchase for a complete refund exclusive of shipping costs incurred in returning the product.

Items that are not returned in their original condition will be charged to the purchaser. The liability of Higgins & Company (Since 1820) for any lost or damaged merchandise is limited to the full purchase price of the product. All returns must be returned to sender, or the appropriate merchant from whom the product was purchased.
