Eternity
(shown left)
This design represents the three most significant
concepts in the Celtic tradition, eternity, longevity
and continuity. The two never-ending interwoven paths
represent eternity and longevity.
These interwoven paths symbolise
life in a perpetual state of being - an eternal journey,
of life, love and faith. The circles or links weaving
generations together through eternity illustrate
continuity. Celtic thinking believes that, there was
never, and will never be, a time when we did not or do
not exist in some form. The Eternity rug has timeless
appeal.
